2. No Doctor-Patient Relationship
Accessing and using this website does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Dr. Bhupesh Kumar or NeuroMet Wellness. Specifically:
Online appointment booking is for scheduling purposes only and does not constitute medical consultation.
Interactions with our NeuroBot triage assistant provide informational guidance only and do not establish any clinical relationship.
A formal doctor-patient relationship is established only after an in-person consultation at NeuroMet Wellness clinic (LG-02, Ansals Boom Plaza, Sector 57, Gurgaon).
Communications through email (info@neurometwellness.com) or phone (+91-8860175633) are for administrative and scheduling purposes unless explicitly part of an ongoing clinical care plan.
3. NeuroBot Triage Assistant — Important Limitations
NeuroMet Wellness offers NeuroBot, an AI-powered online triage assistant designed to help patients understand neurological symptoms and determine whether neurodiagnostic testing may be appropriate. Please read the following limitations carefully:
3.1 What NeuroBot Cannot Do
Diagnose medical conditions. NeuroBot cannot and will not provide a medical diagnosis.
Interpret diagnostic test results. Only Dr. Bhupesh Kumar or your referring physician can interpret EEG, NCV, EMG, or other diagnostic reports.
Replace consultation with a qualified neurologist. NeuroBot suggestions must always be verified with Dr. Bhupesh Kumar or another board-certified neurologist.
Prescribe medications or treatments. NeuroBot has no prescribing authority.
Access your medical records unless you are authenticated through the My Reports portal.
3.2 What NeuroBot Can Do
Provide general information about neurological symptoms and conditions.
Explain what diagnostic tests (EEG, NCV, EMG, etc.) evaluate and how they are performed.
Recommend whether to seek professional evaluation based on symptoms described.
Suggest urgent care or emergency services when symptoms described may be serious.
Critical Notice: If NeuroBot recommends seeking immediate medical attention, this is guidance only, not a medical decision. You should follow that recommendation promptly while understanding that NeuroBot cannot assess your condition definitively.
4. Diagnostic Report Information
NeuroMet Wellness provides the My Reports portal for secure online access to completed diagnostic reports. Please note the following:
My Reports provides access to your completed diagnostic reports from EEG, NCV, EMG, SSEP, VEP, BAER, and other procedures performed at our clinic.
Report data is intended for you and your referring physician only.
Self-interpretation of diagnostic results is not recommended. Neurodiagnostic reports require expert analysis in the context of your full clinical history.
Abnormal findings require professional medical evaluation. Do not self-diagnose or self-treat based on report data alone.
Report availability is subject to clinical review and quality verification processes.
While we strive to maintain high portal availability, NeuroMet Wellness is not liable for technical issues, maintenance downtime, or third-party service interruptions affecting My Reports access. For urgent report-related inquiries, please call +91-8860175633 during operating hours (12:00 PM–8:30 PM, Monday – Saturday).
