By accessing, browsing, or using the NeuroMet Wellness website — including booking appointments online, logging into the My Reports portal, or interacting with NeuroBot — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Medical Disclaimer. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately.
These Terms apply to all visitors, patients, and authorised users of our neurodiagnostic clinic platforms. By booking a diagnostic test, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age or using the site under a legal guardian's supervision.
Our online booking system lets you schedule consultations and diagnostic tests including EEG, NCV, EMG, SSEP, VEP, BAER, Cognitive Testing, and SPG Block. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation SMS or email with your appointment reference number.
The My Reports portal is a secure system for accessing diagnostic reports. Reports are released exclusively through the portal on our website. Access is verified using your registered mobile number and unique Patient ID, with login rate-limiting and automatic session timeout to protect your sensitive neurodiagnostic data.
NeuroBot is an AI-powered triage assistant to help guide you toward appropriate neurological care. NeuroBot is strictly informational and does not provide diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or emergency advice. Its guidance is not a substitute for consultation with Dr. Bhupesh Kumar. In a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, diagnostic protocols, patient education materials, logos, and software — is the exclusive property of NeuroMet Wellness and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Diagnostic report data belongs to you as the patient; NeuroMet Wellness retains the right to securely store and manage this data per our Privacy Policy. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use of our content is prohibited.

Online appointments are confirmed via SMS or email upon submission. Retain your appointment reference number. Same-day bookings are subject to availability.
You may cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours before your scheduled slot without penalty. Cancellations can be made by calling +91-8860175633 or through your online account. Refunds for prepaid bookings are processed within 5–7 business days.
Patients arriving more than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time may be asked to wait for the next available slot or reschedule, depending on the clinic schedule for that day.
Failure to arrive for a confirmed appointment without cancellation is recorded as a no-show. Repeated no-shows may restrict future online booking. Prepaid amounts for no-shows are non-refundable unless exceptional circumstances are approved by management.
NeuroMet Wellness maintains transparent pricing for all neurodiagnostic services. Diagnostic test fees are clearly listed on our website and displayed during the booking process. Additional consultation fees and specialised test pricing are confirmed at the time of booking or during your clinic visit.
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash. Online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS-compliant gateways.
Where applicable, we assist with insurance documentation and reimbursement claims. Patients are responsible for verifying their insurance coverage for neurodiagnostic procedures prior to testing.
Cancellations made at least 4 hours in advance qualify for a full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Diagnostic tests that have already been performed are not eligible for refund.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuroMet Wellness and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
NeuroBot responses are provided "as is" without warranties and do not establish a doctor-patient relationship. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service.

For arbitration-eligible matters, parties agree to first attempt good-faith resolution through direct communication. Failing that, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Gurgaon under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
